Earlier this month, I had difficulties with my home insurance policies and my mortgage company. I called Klinger Insurance and received assistance from Karen Cua. Karen listened carefully and then verified that she understand my concerns and needs. She then promised to call me back immediately after she was able to get through to my mortgage lender and get clarity. Surprisingly - within minutes, Karen called me back having found the problem and she assured me that the issue would be resolved and that I need not worry about it a moment longer. I am so grateful to know that I can call Karen Cua if I have a concern or worry. She does outstanding work and provides amazing customer service. Thank you Klinger Insurance Group! I just signed a business contract with them. Their service is very good. Minan & Annie are very patient in answering the questions I need. They are really great. I highly recommend friends in need to contact them!
