We checked in and then left due to the room not being cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub.Worse yet the sheets in both beds appeared to have not been changed. There was long hair in each of them under the top sheet. We sent pictures of the hair and a summary to the hotel manager but received no response or apology whatsoever. I must add the young lady who was at the front desk that night was congenial. We stayed at a nearby Marriott property that was immaculate.

"A Refreshing Stay: Clean, Comfortable, and Hospitable" I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was impeccably clean, the bed provided a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep, and the service at the front desk upon my late arrival was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Spent a night here before it was Spark, believe it was Holiday Inn. They did change the color/decor, looks nice. The room furniture are just table tops, no drawers, which was fine by us since luggage easily fits in the open spaces below the table tops. Electrical outlets are conveniently placed on the table tops and have USB charging ports. I could've sworn our previous room had a coffee maker and cups, this time neither. Overall the rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. Room was discounted by $10-15 if you're a Hilton rewards member (doesn't cost a thing to sign up). Didn't try the free breakfast, according to other reviews it's just bagels and yogurt. Rooms: Modern, clean/simple design. Lacked coffee maker and cups
