I was there about an hour ago The lady took the machin worked on 3 minutes and said how is it looking and said its done, now I am in another barber shop and she charged me $28.

Extremely disappointed with my daughters service today. I was told upon arrival that they might not have time for my SCHEDULED appointment because someone else was supposed to come in. They proceeded to call the other person to find out what time they were coming instead of taking the customer who was there. Initially they were going to turn us away but someone stepped in and said they would take us. The stylist we had was ok at first. She tried to differ us for a longer cut because she didnt think my daughter wanted the shorter cut that she was going for. Than before she started cutting she walked over to the computer and told me that the package I had selected was wrong because my daughter has textured hair the price jumped 55$!!!!! For a shampoo,cut and blow dry on a 9 year old she told me the blow dry itself was 40$ than she added 10$ for length even through we were cutting her hair to almost her shoulders. The total price being 75$!!!! When I declined the ridiculously priced service she rushed through the cut, missing a lot of pieces. I asked for her to thin out my daughters hair and she did not. When she was done with the rushed cut she asked my daughter for a ponytail holder to put it in a ponytail instead of asking if she wanted it styled or anything. This was my daughters first salon experience and it was awful. I will not ever be returning and I suggest management get more people to cover the evenings. They turned so many people away because they did not have enough staff.
