Hi Mike, you might have us confused with another company.I checked our emails, incoming calls, answering service messages and our online estimate system and I don't see a Mike Bailey anywhere in our system. Since you have repeatedly refused in emails to meet with me so we can work together to find out what caused the problem, so I don't know what else I can do to solve this problem for you. I have looked at the photos that you posted, and the photos that my tech took before and after the job, so I am pretty sure that they were not damaged by us washing the house. There are several things that could cause the problem.For example deck cleaning chemicals and deck stains, CAN easily cause the sporadic damage shown in your photos.From the pre job photos my tech took I can see where someone sprayed deck stain on your siding, I can also see high pressure damage where they tried to blast the stain off the siding, and to clean the siding in that area.So I know that they were probably caused by someone that has not been properly trained for power washing or deck cleaning and staining. So it’s entirely possible that it’s from deck cleaning chemicals or deck stain that was sprayed on the plants or dripped down and contaminated the soil around the deck. Or it could be caused by some other issues, but I can’t tell from photos, and it might not even be possible to tell three weeks later, but I am willing to do everything I can to find the cause and fix it if it was something we caused.We have washed over 75,000 houses and buildings over the last 31 years, and I helped design the current industry standards for power washing, so we are VERY experienced with power washing.UPDATE: August 16th, 2020Chris still refuses to meet with us to investigate the problem and come to a resolution. His final response was "We’ll have to agree to disagree in the end. I appreciate your offer of possible explanations."Even though we were unable to meet with the client to find out the cause, we have paid for a replacement pomegranate plant to solve the problem.Henry Bockman, President
