I visited this practice in 2021 after being referred by my primary physician, only to be told that my purpose was "out of field." Despite no service being provided, I was charged a three-digit bill. Two years later, I've been told that there is nothing else I can do. I will pay this bill, but I will not be returning to this practice in the future. Update regarding their response below: That is the phone number I had called several times throughout the course of my dispute. I was continuously referred to other staff and phone numbers with no progress, and then I was ultimately told there was nothing that can be done. This suggestion is just more of the same.

I was immediately taken back to a room and Dr. Shanavas arrived on schedule. We had a long conversation about my visit with the laproscopic surgeon, Dr. Park and the canceling of my surgery. We discussed other issues and he gave me some sample medications to try. I very informative meeting.
