My Family relocated from Another state and we have been fortunate to have Dr. Howard to care for our medical health needs. She is quite caring, kind, and professional. Her staff is great as well. Sheila is awesome! And Her PA is amazing to me.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I was denied care due to a balance they said I owed since 2015!!! An almost 7 year old balance. I was mortified that I received a call about owing a balance while driving to the appointment. It was pouring down raining and I just told the receptionist that I would pay so I could get off the phone but I do not have money for an old balance. I needed care today due to a serious matter and I thought they would work something out. When I made the appointment a balance was not mentioned so why call a patient 30 minutes before they are to be seen? The unprofessional manner of the person who called was unbelievable. She called the billing manager and talked as if I was not here. I will NEVER go back to this place! Nobody knows my circumstances and to demand money on the spot and be denied care is mind boggling!
