Pack Place K9

Pack Place K9 was a perfect fit for our super energetic & anxious 2 year old Australian Shepherd. The team was very nice and the head trainer, Jimmy was absolutely incredible!! He really helped our dog get comfortable and worked diligently with her on behavior management . She had access to an array of activities , from going on multiple walks, to walking on the treadmill and doing the agility course multiple times a day. She also spent a lot of time with other dogs and this has helped her with her social skills and level of comfort around both people and dogs. Jimmy was wonderful with communication, calling me to give us updates on Brie as well as sending me a lot of pictures and texts on how each day was going for her. Another perk is that we had access to live stream footage of her when she was on the agility course and we could see all of the training being done ! Our dog has medication that she takes and Jimmy made sure she was taking it as she was supposed to, as well as made sure she was eating her food and drinking plenty of water . We have seen a HUGE improvement in just 5 days and would recommend this center to anyone looking for a safe, happy and dog loving center for your pup! We have full trust in Jimmy and the staff because we know our dog will always be handled with the utmost care. Jimmy treated Brie like his own, and is the best! We are so thankful for Jimmy and all he has done for our dog and we will definitely be continuing to work with Pack Place K9 in the foreseeable future!

Today was my puppy dog Bruno's evaluation. I am very satisfy after been interviewed by Jimmy. He was able to answer all my questions and cover all the aspects to future train our dog.

My boy has been going to daycare at PPK9 for a few years and he enjoys himself so much that he doesn't want to leave when I come to pick him up. He's got a soft spot for Ansel & Kirill and if either of them are working when I drop him off in the mornings, I cease to exist. The whole team at PPK9 is friendly and accomodating. I've been late a few times picking up my boy for one reason or another and they have been very understanding and never made me feel bad or rushed. I am very comfortable leaving my dog with the team at PPK9.

We had some simple issues with our dog that we wanted help working on. We decided to bring our dog in to get a little direction. Well we got so much more than direction. In the first week we noticed a big difference. After 2 weeks wow.... we are impressed! We have to do our part as just training at a facility isn't going to make your dog work for you. You create a special bond and gain the respect and trust of your pet by putting in the work..... We're talking 45 minutes a day - broken into 3 to 4 sessions of 10 - 15 minutes at a time or more time less often. We had a session with the family that was amazing. If you are reading this and not sure.... take your dog(s).... they will not disappoint. Jimmy is our trainer and now other trainers are rotating to continue our dog's journey to a happier more confident life. We will continue taking our dog once or twice a week to help him stay sharp and socialize with calm dogs. A tired dog is a good dog!
