He keep dragging the case and conversation so that he can milking the client. He is not a good fit if you are looking for someone productive and empathetic. p.s. It is impossible to get hold of him via email or phone call. Seems to be dragging and dragging the case instead of a speedy resolution of issues with the opposing party.
