My 83 years old mom visited Dr. Issac Adedara on March 12th to get her tooth extracted. Dr. Adedara was impatient with her and performed his procedure in rush. He did not wait to let anesthetic active so she was in pain during the procedure. He told us that the bleeding should stopped in a hour, but it did not even after 24 hours. When I contacted the office, I was asked to go to emergency room. Apparently, he does not care about patients. The worst experience ever. Don't go there. To response owner's comments below: Dr poked the needle so hard to give anesthetic and my mom told me that she never felt so much pain. I saw that she moved her body suddenly. There was no disruption at all. I am not the patient with this practice. The reason of bringing my mom there because she is under the state insurance, however, she should being respected regardless the insurance type. I regretted for taking my mom there.

Worst experince ever came in For a a few fillings and cleaning , appointment was at 11 i didnt get to see any one until 11:30 , i over heard the doctor tell the nurse he doesnt have enough time to do anytoday, so why did they make me wait and come For no reason , very unprofessional, the nurse is nice tho i dont blame her

I had such an amazing experience at R3 in Germantown. A little background story Ive actually worked in the dental field for over 16 years and have severe dental anxiety. I needed to see a dentist right away and got an appointment within 24 hours. The front desk staff are super pleasant. I got the opportunity to work with Rosa , she was so efficient, reassuring and made me feel comfortable from the start. Kayla was my dental assistant and calmed my anxiety during my X-rays, I was shaking and she didnt make me feel bad or rushed at all. Dr Adedara was my dentist and throughly cleaned my teeth and explained everything he saw during my exam. Im sadden to see how many people get discouraged from having a great experience based on one sided reviews. Everyones needs are different and this place exceeded mine. Thanks R3!
