I have known Lisa and have worked with her searching for houses for 20 years. She is kind, personable, friendly, and professional, and will go out of her way to make sure you are comfortable with your real estate purchase or sale. Lisa and Dave are very knowledgeable and helped me sell my home. They staged it for me which saved me a considerable amount of money from having to pay a staging company. The pictures they provided for my homes listing were absolutely beautiful. I have benefitted from Lisa and Daves real estate advice. The Webber Team also helped me to purchase my latest home. I simply loved the title company they suggested. Lisa was literally my superhero during my walk-through, helping me through negotiations with the seller and the other real estate agent regarding some damage we discovered the morning of settlement. Lisa physically placed herself between me and the other agent, when it appeared the other agent had become aggressive towards me. I was taken aback by the other agents behavior and Lisa sought to protect me. Lisa also made sure to attend settlement with me and she and Dave keep in touch with me throughout the year. I cant say enough positive things about Lisa and the Webber Team!
