If my state didnt force me to, I NEVER would have switched companies. I was blessed with Brenda Wirth as my agent, I HIGHLY recommend her. So incredibly helpful!! Whenever you have to call your insurance its usually because something is wrong or something crazy is happening. Leave it to Brenda to make all the chaos seem-less and completely stress free. Always quick to respond and always found me more than enough solutions. Ill miss this agency, they really care about their people and thats hard to come by.

I needed some help making changes to my auto insurance, because I bought a used 2021 automobile and traded-in my Subaru. I reached Alex Sawyer who was just pleasantly professional but most of all completely enjoyable to talk to and he handled my needs. I think we all know what a refreshing joy, it is to receive GREAT customer service and that is what transpired. Anyway, he requested me to send him exactly two things he needed to get my new auto covered right away so I was completely happy. I have had one major accident in the 25-35years I have been with Eire (C Mader) and some fender benders and I have always had as good an experience as I could have hoped.
