        Good dental professionals. Was charged default insurance rate when my insurance plan has better rates for procedures above cleaning. My thought was that I will be able to get adjustment or refund as crown is getting installed. Here I am 3 months later, waiting for a call back from accounting to explain to me where my refund check is. Update Dr Saoud is very professional - he made sure that everything was correctly done with the main procedure. The billing issue was resolved during the second procedure.
