        We moved into the Beacon this summer and so far we have really enjoyed calling this new community our home. The staff is always friendly and they always plan really cute and creative events for the community in order for us to meet our neighbors! The mobile app keeps us up to date on the happenings in the community and its easy to pick up your packages in the secured package room at any point of the day. Its the perfect location bc its right next to target, ulta, wegmans, and the movie theater along with many eateries and shops. A diverse and quiet community.

        The Beacon is in a great location! You can walk to grocery stores, a movie theater, and a bunch of restaurants. I also love how close we are to DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis for work and day trips. My neighbors are friendly and my apartment is well-maintained. The staff members are always kind and professional. You can tell they care about keeping our community nice and doing what they can to make residents happy and comfortable. Overall, I'm really enjoying my time here and would recommend it to others looking for a quiet, safe, pet-friendly, and convenient apartment in the area!

        I moved to the Beacon in May 2023 and everything has been great. The building and grounds are always clean and maintenance is very responsive. Sierra, Assistant Property Manager is the best and is always friendly and always answer my questions. I have no complaints and would recommend to others.
