This place has seriously declined.  It is so sad.  This was my most favorite shop - I lived the clothes, the staff - everything.  I guess I should thank them because they are now saving me a lot of money.  Marisol was the best manager and now....  Yikes!  So I bought some items on line because I've learned this store doesn't seem to stock the best - I had to return some items - equipped with item with tags, receipt and mailing slip along with order number, style number etc - well what do you know, the system wasn't working, couldn't locate the item, remember I physically had the item with the tags with the receipt with the mailing insert and access to my account with electronic record of the purchase - 40 minutes later, store staff on phone with customer service - I was told oh there's a glitch, leave the item with us and customer service will email you a receipt.   Guess what - they didn't, no refund, no email receipts.  I called store, talked to Stacy - she said sorry can't help you.  Call customer service - but she couldn't give me a number to customer service - honest to God!   Wow!  Can you imagine - I was a platinum member - many times over each year.  And I loved that staff but they abandoned the place as I now am.  I can only guess that the staff are former Verizon customer service reps - that's the attitude they have
