        The reception check in line was ridiculous. I can understand waiting for care, but it took 30+ min to even check in on a weekday during the middle of the day.

        My personal experience with Kaiser Permanente was extremely disappointing. I had a serious medical condition and expected prompt attention, but instead, I was kept waiting for the entire day. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from a healthcare provider like Kaiser. I felt neglected and frustrated by the lack of urgency and care. I would caution others to think twice before trusting Kaiser Permanente with their healthcare needs.
