Ella was recommended to me by my best friend, she helped me plan a destination wedding for 30 guests in Jamaica this past August. Ella was so helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and came with wonderful suggestions. She watched for the lowest possible prices for all the rooms, like a hawk! It was impressive how attentive she was with that matter. When things were hit and miss with a few planning details, Ella was incredible on smoothing those matters out with grace. The end result was above anything I could have asked for! It was easy and stress free with Ella! I highly recommend her and will use her again for future vacations.

We used Ella at Cruise and Land Travel to help us book our destination wedding. At first we had no idea where we wanted it but after a lot of communication, Ella helped us narrow it down to Sandals South Coast. We had 97 guests attend our wedding and Ella helped everyone book their rooms. She made it super easy and stress-free for all. If there was ever a problem that came up, Ella would be quick to handle it. She truly is amazing and I will always recommend her to anyone! We can't wait to book more vacations through her!!

Ella Eliezer of Cruise & Land Travel keeps out doing herself! My husband and I enjoy the Sandals resorts and have been extremely fortunate to visit numerous locations (Montego Bay, Royal Caribbean, South Coast, Royal Plantation, Emerald Bay, St Lucia and Grenada). Because of Ellas expertise (of the Sandals brand) and valuable relationships with the Sandals management team, from a Corporate level to each resorts General Manager and his/her team, her clients reap many benefits. As an example, after researching where we would like to vacation, I contact Ella for her input as she visits the resorts on a regular basis to keep up with what is going on with each. Knowing our likes and dislikes, she gives me the pros and cons of the resorts we had interest in and we are able to make a very informative decision on where we like to vacation. With the expense of airfare, resort cost, and the miscellaneous expenses occurred when going on vacation (i.e., cost to board our dog, etc.), we always want to ensure our money is well spent on an enjoyable vacation without any surprises. Ella thrives on ensuring she provides the best customer service for her clients. Each resort we have visited, she has taken the liberty of contacting the General Manager, prior to our arrival, to let them know we will be on property and to help wherever is needed. We have received handwritten notes from General Managers welcoming us, as well as a few room upgrades through the years due to her relationships. She always reaches out during our vacation to see how things are going and to see if we need anything. She has earned Sandals highest awards for any travel agency such as: Lifetime Achievement Award, Sandals Chairmans Royal Club Award, Best of the Best, etc. Her extensive knowledge of the brand, her emphasis on customer service, and her great personality are a winning combination that ensures you will not be disappointed. Ella is the only travel agent we use as our money is too important to waste.

I have worked with Ella for 8 years and every trip has been amazing. She is more than my agent, she really cares about my trips. She always is knowledgeable about my wants and needs and then shares her honest opinions about what she feels would be best. She knows from her experiences traveling herself to all the sites often staying in the KNOW. When Ella contacts the resorts with requests in behalf of her customers their management team listen and take action immediately. Like within hours in the same day! She has alerted us to resort changes due to unforeseen circumstances way before other agents let their customers know. Not only did she let us know in advance she managed to rebook us to a nicer resort with an upgraded Rondoval at no extra cost. Other guests were very jealous of what my agent did for us versus their agents, Especially the customers who went with no agent, thinking it was a simpler route. Ella stood up for me and assisted with an extended date change needed for an unexpected illness that occurred. She did not have to do that for me. I will always recommend her, would give her 10 stars if given an option and want to Thank Her! For being more than my agent. Youve been a blessing to me. Thank you for being you. Im lucky I called the Sandals # in 2015 and we met.
