I have used Floor Rio Abbey Carpets to carpet and install flooring in my home.  I was alway impressed with the care Ray, the owner, took to be sure I was satisfied.  When it was time to renovate my kitchen, I was very unhappy with contractors we interviewed so we stopped by to see what Ray could do.  We were thrilled with his showroom, his selections, his excellent taste to help me choose and his price was very reasonable.  Although we had some glitches with his workers,  due to a worker injury and needing a substitute, Ray was always responsive and worked with us until we were satisfied.  We love our kitchen and highly recommend him.

We recently made the decision to do some home remodeling that included hardwood floors, tile floors, stair railing, and powder room. We went into Floor Rio only to inquire about the floors, but in the end we came to realize that Floor Rio has so much more to offer and we cannot recommend this place strongly enough. The owner, Ray, is an absolute pleasure to work with and the members of his family that work there are extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgable. They dont just carry high quality products at very reasonable prices, but they are very good designers and are willing to make design suggestions without pushing anything on you. They do so much more than just floors and can take on many different types of interior remodeling projects. Their installation teams are top-notch and they are always prompt, courteous and highly skilled. If something does not go as planned, Ray and his team work with you until you are satisfied. The experience was stress-free all the way from start to finish. We plan on using Floor Rio for our future projects and unhesitantly recommend them to anyone considering interior remodeling projects.

Years ago I purchased from Rio Abbey Carpets flooring for my living room and dining room. Since then, they have installed the most beautiful floors for my kitchens and bathroom. This week their crew completed the renovations to my kitchen - new quartz countertop and gorgeous tile backsplash. Not only is it a pleasure to work with Ray and Martha, but they are excellent at interior color and design - I just have to give them my basic idea and they lead me right to the best fit in flooring, countertop, and tile. They are masterful! I've worked with their plumber, countertop installers, and, yesterday their backsplash installers. Couldn't have asked for more courteous professionals.
