Sunglass Hut at Macy's

Mia was great! I came in needing to adjust my glasses because they kept tilting and she adjusted them for me. She was also sweet and gave me positive feedback on the pair I had already purchased somewhere else, so she wasn't trying to sell anything. Thanks Mia!

Sales person tried hard but selection was limited. These mini huts inside department stores can't be doing well.

If I could give sunglass hut zero stars, I would. Please don't buy from here. They will scam you out of your money. They're con artists selling you cheap glasses for an ungodly price. I bought some Ray bans not even 2 weeks ago. And when I tried to return them, they claimed I stratched them. Nothing was wrong with the glasses. They say they have a return policy, but once you buy from this store, you will never see your money again. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE! There is no return policy. I was told from the company that sunglass hut was a business inside of a business and that Macy's won't help in returning the glasses. I asked the Macy's sales clerk, so if I bought an expensive pair of glasses directly from Macys (instead of sunglass hut) and in two weeks the lens started flaking that She said that they would easily be returned without all this difficulty. So I'm not upset with Macy's. Macy's tried to help. It's sunglass hut that's the scammers. If you're going to buy name brand glasses, just go directly to the brand seller. Don't come here!!! You'll be disappointed!!!!
