The staff is seems very uneducated and the CEO also. I was having some financial problems and I was calling to see if they could help me out with a payment arrangement they wouldn't help me at all. If you have the money they will treat you with respect but if your middle class of less they treat like that. They are very discriminatory to people. I wouldn't suggest the average family to use them. Terrible and Montgomery schools should take the off there contracts.

Very disappointed at the summer camp (typically at Montgomery Knolls or Pine Crest, but at Francis Scott Key this summer due to construction). Multiple times my son has had difficulty at drop off with separation anxiety, noticeably crying and being upset. But the staff did nothing to intervene and try to make the drop off easier. No one consoled him, distracted him, didn't say a word. It's disheartening enough to walk away from your crying child, but for the staff to show no interest or compassion makes it down right infuriating. We will not use this summer camp again. The after school program was better, but my son had a nasty fall, with a staff member landing on top of him when he was face first on pavement, and not once did the staff member apologize or check on my son. He had a major injury to his mouth and they completely down played the incident. Staff needs significant training in handling kids in a compassionate manner.

My daughter attended summer camp there two years in a row, each at a different location. After not being able to get my daughter into the travel week, I found there are much better options. While my daughter was engaged most days, the camp did have a lice outbreak which was awful to deal with. Also the pizza and Kona ICE is not included in the weekly cost, as it is included in other local camps. For the cost it is over priced and there are plenty of other options available. In addition, the camp directors from last summer enjoyed her control so much that every day my daughter was in trouble for something, like throwing another kid's trash away. We gave it another shot but then the lice issue. My daughter will not be going back. Ask a lot of questions before enrolling.
