The office is difficult to find because the app lists a different address than where the WIC office actually is. Sat waiting for my scheduled appointment, and finally got called back almost an HOUR after my appointment was supposed to start. The woman who "assisted" us wasn't very personable. She was very pushy in regards to blood testing for one of my children, and gave us wrong information regarding how our benefits would be affected if I declined the blood work. My child is ND and I feel awful for being essentially forced into tricking my child to getting their blood drawn. It traumatized her, and it was evident for hours after the appointment. The woman was also incredibly rude and argumentative about their vouchers/checks for the farmer's markets. I'm sad that the Germantown office shut down, because this office was NOT a great experience.

Really happy and grateful for my experience at this WIC office. Im pregnant with my first child so its nice that Im able to qualify for the benefits of this program. Everyone was helpful and informative and I had no idea that there is a WIC benefits card and also a WIC app instead of just WIC vouchers. I got my WIC benefits card today at my appointment which was great. I didnt know I would receive my benefits so fast.
