The store in the Kentlands was clean and neat. Staff was approachable and helpful. A very positive experience since I have not been to this store in some time.

Charles listened carefully, looked up records on my previous purchases, brought out just the pairs that qualified, and gave his observation/recommendation based on how he saw me walk in each pair. They were right on the nose! I come down from Frederick to buy my sneakers at Fleet Feet because for years they have always helped me buy the best shoes for me!

The Fit ID scans are awesome. The salespeople are knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. The prices are the norm and the 60 day return policy even for worn shoes is AMAZING! John and Nicole-Antoinette are both excellent.

Regrettably, I find myself compelled to recount an unpleasant experience I recently endured. Upon entering the Kentlands store, I patiently waited for a significant durationapproximately 8 to 10 minuteswithout receiving any acknowledgment. It eventually dawned on me that I would need to seek assistance, prompting me to approach a saleswoman. Despite her assurance that she would attend to me shortly, it became evident that her attention was occupied elsewhere, with only one other customer present.
After an additional 5 to 7 minutes, the store manager briefly assisted another patron, promising to return promptly. However, despite their assurances, both individuals remained engrossed with the same customer for another 10 minutes. It gradually became apparent that their intentions did not align with assisting me. While pondering this situation, I entertained the possibility of discrimination, though I ultimately concluded that their inadequacy in multitasking and customer service proficiency was to blame.
It is disheartening to contemplate the lack of competence exhibited in such a professional setting. Consequently, I made the decision to refrain from patronizing the establishment and opted to procure the desired Hoka shoes from Amazon instead. It is truly regrettable that they failed to earn my patronage.
