Selling a family home is often a difficult process; however, Meredith Fogle made the process as seamless and painless as possible. In addition to being the consummate professional, Meredith was attentive to the little intricacies of putting a family home on the market. Her knowledge of the Kentlands area is unparalleled, which was immensely helpful in attracting the right potential buyers. She worked with our constantly changing timeline with positivity and a smile - never presssuring or pushing us to make a quick decision. She paid attention to small details, ensured that the house was staged in a manner that showed its strengths, and provided feedback on how best to put the house on the market. She even helped identify a painter and handimen to complete small touch-ups. She was readily available to provide weekly or more often updates, respond to questions and concerns, offer advice, and calm frayed nerves. She and her team held regular open houses and marketed the house through multiple platforms. In a constantly changing housing market, Meredith provided stability and foresight, finally bringing the right buyers who could enjoy the home as much as we had. Working with Chris and team was fantastic. Extremely responsive when we wanted to see a home or several homes in one trip. Chris was also accommodating to helping us place multiple offers as we shopped a very competitive market. I would absolutely work Chris and his team again.

Super happy with the team at The List Realty. We were pretty overwhelmed at the idea of moving, but the team at The List Realty was fantastic. Always available, immediately responsive and they were always happy to field questions from us. We absolutely did not expect the real estate market to be as competitive as it was but The List team was super helpful to make sure we maintained a competitive advantage and were able to navigate an otherwise frustrating process.
