First time homebuyer that bought a house where the sellers were represented by Fatma Halici of this agency. During our tour, Fatma assured us how the house had been taken care of so well, and she knew the family and they were great and she had sold them the house originally years ago. The home inspection turned up issues with deferred maintenance but nothing major. During the process we agreed to have the sellers do certain repairs as part of the contract. The contractor they hired was extremely poor and did a sloppy job on everything. He didn't finish most of the work before closing and we had to hound the selling agent and contractor nearly every day, with the work finally being finished weeks after closing. Fatma could barely be bothered to keep on top of the contractor, just repeatedly assuring us and our agent "oh the work is done" "oh he's coming out right away". We have now put in almost 35k in repairing deferred maintenance or the existing "improvements" that were touted during the open house that turned out to be done poorly and not up to code by their contractor. - Removing a yellow jacket nest that had been in the basement ceiling for YEARS - Replacing electrical work done during the kitchen and basement "improvements" that were not only not up to code but were blatant fire and safety hazards. - Fixing rotted exterior wood that had been covered with duct tape and painted over. - Fixing support issues on the deck because the support posts were not installed correctly and many of the metal joint supports were not attached right - Bathrooms that did not have correct materials types used behind the showers, causing water leakage and drywall rot - Tons of various minor things blatantly hidden to pass inspections, including wall shelves literally just balanced on nails and not attached. This house was supposed to be "remove-in ready" and it clearly wasn't. The listing description was clearly a bunch of deceptions and exaggerations, and what we were told during the open house by Fatma about how well it was taken care of was also false. I feel deceived and taken advantage of by the sellers and the agent they had representing them. At best, Fatma allowed her personal relationship with the sellers to override good judgement and not verify anything related to the state of the house, repairs, or contract negotiations. So much for being one of the "top 5% of agents in the United States", that must be an incredibly low bar. I would never ever recommend anyone engage in a transaction where Fatma is involved.

Navigating the real estate market requires not only expertise but also a high degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. Regrettably, my experience with Parvaneh Naghash was nothing short of disappointing. Ms. Naghash consistently exhibited a self-centered approach, often prioritizing her personal gain. Her rude demeanor and lack of patience made interactions exceptionally challenging. Instead of facilitating a smooth property transaction process, her behavior only amplified the stress and complexities inherent in such negotiations. In a venture as significant as real estate, where both financial and emotional factors are at play, it's essential to deal with an agent who is both knowledgeable and respectful; unfortunately, Parvaneh Naghash failed to embody either quality in our interactions. Given my experience, I would not recommend her services to potential buyers or sellers.

I dealt with a realtor trying to sell a home in Maryland. The agent was very rude and made no initiative to sell my home. She went so far as to say that I was to demanding hand I need to be patient. She had open houses and never really pushed my property. The house was empty and she made the agents schedule an appointment to view the home even though she put a lock box on the door. She encouraged me to keep lowering the price and at some point today me it probably would not sell. Then we she was out her broker stepped in and he was a complete bully. She informed me that if I wanted to break her realtor contract I would have to give her 10 days notice and pay her personally $1,000 if I wanted to get out of any contract with her.  I thought this was normal but many realtors after said that this was illegal and unprofessional. This is just to let the community know what kind of service this company and agent provides. As a Servicemember, I am very disappointed and ashamed I was taken advantage of
