Onboarding with administrator was fine. However Scheduling has to be done with individual practitioner and was often frustrating and confusing especially when trying to reschedule. When reaching out to Bravo was told they could provide no assistance with this

Ms. Bollinger is an excellent therapist and I would recommend her to anyone.
I previously had posted a bad review because of a misunderstanding, and Joey Bravo gracefully gave me a call to rectify an insurance issue. I hope to come back to this office since they have been so good to me and have helped me get through a rough time and were very kind through it all.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Diving into your mental health can be a hard step to take. Dr. Bravo takes the time to understand where you are in the process and meets you there. There has never been an uncomfortable push to be or share more than you're ready for. He's given me guidance and perspective that has helped me to establish a path for myself, and it's truly changed the way I live my life.
The office is welcoming, clean and always well organized. It seems like every detail in the office is carefully curated to make the patients feel safe, which is huge when you're sharing the deepest parts of yourself. The staff all seem very nice and greet you with warm smiles.
I plan to continue me journey with the practice and could not recommend them more to everyone!
