        Worst Staples EVER!!! The people at the print counter screwed up my job and told me I have to wait for them to fix it. Sent the job to them 28 hrs in advance for a few copies. First they couldn't find the order then told me I had to wait for them to print. The girl was super rude! Then I had to wait around for approx 90 minutes till they had the time to get to me. Never again!!! Worst customer service ever!

        Just tried to pick up my print job that was completed and paid for the night before. Employee could not release it to me because she was the only one there...nobody else showed up for work Fire this manager. Definitely will not return.

        This has to be by far the worst customer service Ive experienced at a Staples. We had arrived at 10:30 and asked to put in an order to have certificates printed on custom paper size. The associate Jennifer said that the associate printing it for us was used when theyre busy in the self serve section, and since it was a small order, we should do it ourselves. When we said we preferred to put an order in, she raised her voice a bit and again insisted that we do the printing ourselves. It turned out terrible and the custom paper was ruined.
