Bright Eyes Early Learning Center

On February 29 my niece was involved in an incident involving this facility which resulted in her being taken to the hospital. This facility has taken no accountability nor have they provided written documentation of the incident. The VP Jerraine Johnson has provided no information stating that she can disclose or provide any incident report involving the child. This facility has been negligent and non helpful when it comes to the care of my family member. Very unprofessional and rude.

Our son has been with Bright Eyes - Judith Resnik since he was 3 months old. Leaving your child in anyone else's care is a difficult choice, especially at such a young and tender age, but the staff here is wonderful. I am absolutely confident that he is being cared for as if he were their own family - his teachers truly adore their students! He has learned so much, and he is so happy every day to see his teachers and friends. As a mom, it's never easy to say goodbye to your child, but the staff here make it SO MUCH EASIER since I know how well they take care of him. They are like an extension of the family!

I was in the care of Bright Eyes since I was 8 months old to when I was in 5th grade (I am graduating 8th grade this year.) While I cannot speak for the pricing, the environment was amazing for a child. Whether it be for the summer camps or mere daily care, they had always paid attention to each childs needs. My childhood is filled with amazing experiences, such as meal times, reading, the electronic time, and the vast variety of toys offered. They even accommodated to your needs. I have eczema, thus most soaps given in public spaces aggravates my skin. With that information, they allowed me to have my own special soap (provided from my parents) at one of the sinks in their center. Furthermore, I remember this special needs child, and he had always seemed happy and taken care of. I do not remember much of my experience under 6 years old (they separate the babies, younger children and older children), so, I do know what information they have taught. However, when the older children sometimes went to the other side where the younger children were, I remember seeing posters on the alphabet, the months, and the weather. They seem to be teaching them essential basics. I just want to say a big thank you to Ms. Nicole for being so nice to me when I was younger. Youve really left an amazing imprint on my childhood. And thank you to Ms. Becky, Ms. Laura, and Ms. Nikki too. I do not know if all of them are still at this current location or even still with the daycare at all, but still, thank you. I can assure you, your children will be kept safe and happy here.
