        We were verbally quoted a price and then received a larger invoice. The daily rate invoiced is higher than we were given to understand when we discussed the work. It is becoming a pain to agree on the right amount to be paid. If you plan to get work done, please ensure you get a written quote and agree on the number of hours the work will take, or you might be charged a high daily rate for a few hours of work.
