        I reached out to Dr. Veronica Brugmann a few weeks postpartum. She was able to schedule my first appointment the same week that I reached out and she worked with me to evaluate my pelvic floor function and develop a tailored plan of care that would provide me confidence (both mentally and physically) to return to sport. Veronicas kind demeanor and commitment to educating you on the why behind everything youre doing really helped me understand what we were focusing on and how the programming she provided was going to support my goals to return to both running and CrossFit postpartum. I am now two months postpartum and I have officially graduated, I am confident in my ability to start exercising again. A big thank you to Veronica!

        Dr. Veronicas pelvic floor workshop (regardless of gender) is so helpful regardless of where you are on your fitness or health journey from proactive prevention, to injury recovery, to problem solving. I was grateful to be able to attend and learned so much. Common human problems dont have to be your normal. With everything I learned, I am feel empowered with proactive knowledge going into the rest of my life ahead! Thank you to the knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. Veronica and her team.

        If you are considering pelvic floor therapy, please take the leap of faith and invest in your health. Dr.Veronica has amazing bed side manner and takes the time to explain the value, her vision for your care plan. Pain levels are minimal , little to no back pain essentially i am pain free! If you suffer from endometriosis, or painful menstruation: try this you wont regret it. Holistic approach before surgery will not cost anything .
