        My aunt has been seriously ill, after multiple follow-up with this pharmacy, my aunt had to rush to the hospital because the medication was not deliver in time. I am highly disappointed .

        Totally understaffed, always. It is obvious that the corporate MBAs have decided that since they essentially have no competition, they dont need to bother with customer service.

        The pharmacy staff at Montgomery Village is always kind and treats me like a fellow human being not just another customer of many. I drive a bit out of my way but its worth it. I rarely go inside because the drive through is so efficient. If there is a backup I just come back later.
