        I started with Coach Divonn in one of their small group classes in the morning and this guy shows up and delivers! Amazing coach, motivating, creative, keeps you moving and engaged... Best kept fitness secret in MOCO! Love PR Strength!

        I cannot say enough great things about PR Fitness. I have been training w Coach Devinne (AKA Devinne Intervention) for a couple of months now. The impact he's made on my life both physically & personally has been a gift. He challenges me, pushes me, he cares more about my progress than my feelings about certain workouts, & that makes for an amazing trainer. He's extremely knowledgeable about nutrition & modifying workouts for my back issues. He also checks in with me pretty much daily about my nutrition/eating habits. His sense of humor and personality makes me look forward to my sessions. He gives me the confidence to push myself when I want to give up. Grateful I found PR strength. All of the coaches take their job seriously and keep the environment & mindset positive. Highly recommend.
