White Oak Pediatrics

Called to schedule a pre op appointment for my son as well as blood work for his surgery that is coming up and they told me when I scheduled this appointment that he would have all the stuff done at white oak pediatrics . We come in for the appointment and all they did was the physical and then they tell me I need to call another office to schedule a separate appointment for the blood work. I scheduled this appointment specifically for today because I am about to give birth soon and this day worked perfectly before my baby comes. If I knew I needed to schedule another appointment somewhere else if the first place I would have done that. Now the other office is closed and I have to wait another day to get my sons blood work done and thats if they have early openings. Not to mention the last time we were here for his 4 year check up we waited 3 hours before we were seen by a provider! 3 HOURS!!! I am just very frustrated.

i was there today have a appointment 2.pm after 15minutes they past me a room say you kids remove u clothes wait another 40 minutes and the mf doctor never arrive have my kid whit out clothes in cool room why make appointments if they not respect that i remove my son to others good pediatrics this place is pretty bad service
