So, these people are family to us! We absolutely LOVE them! My 7-year-old daughter has always been apprehensive of dentists from the age of two. She desperately needed Invisalign and when we came into the Kentlands office, Jadan and Jen were MORE than gentle and kind while she wiggled and cried. We truly enjoyed the office staff too and DON'T GET ME STARTED on Dr A and his wife, Amanda. I don't think I have ever met anyone more giving. How they wear shirts with hearts as big as they have, I will never know :) We will go them for Phase II also.

Doctor Avila is the BEST!! I had actually went for a consultation appointment with him years ago but ended up not going through with the treatment at the time because I wasnt ready. So fast forward about 3 years later, I couldnt find where I had saved Dr.Avilas info and ended up starting treatment with another ortho that my regular dentist had recommended. Biggest mistake of my life!! This other ortho was damaging my teeth and not only that but was also deforming the shape of face with all he was doing with my teeth and the movements. With 8 months of treatment my teeth went from bad to worse and my face shape had completely changed and not for the better. I knew I had to do something! I thought again of Dr.Avila because not only he was very nice and profesional in my first visit 3 years prior but he had also helped me clean my teeth just because he wanted to help during that visit (at no cost). So that had always stayed in my mind and gave me reassurance that Dr.Avila actually cares about his patients and even non patients which was my case at the time. So I tracked down my emails to find Dr. Avilas info (cause mind that I couldnt recall his name at the time lol) and finally found him!! I sent him a message extremely worried about my situation at the time and without yet being his patient, he sooo kindly responded to me with valuable guidance. I decided to end my treatment with the first ortho and started treatment with Dr. Avila. Best decision ever!!! I could already see positive improvements with my teeth from the very first few braces adjustments!! Every appointment, the shape of my teeth improved and even the structure of my face. Dr.Avila and his staff are wonderful and you can tell they care about their patients. I am very happy with the results! My teeth finally look nice and straight! I 1000% recommend Dr.Avila if you want to make sure your treatment goes smoothly and you dont want to get ripped off by other orthos who dont know what theyre doing. You couldnt pay me to go to another ortho other than Dr. Avila. Thanks so much Dr.Avila and team!! I can smile again without feeling self conscious!! You are all THE BEST!!
