        Horrible place. They let me wait almost 30 minutes past my scheduled time. What is more sarcastic is, in the agreement if the patient shows up late for 30 minutes, there will be a charge for late show up. Should I also get a compensation for doctor late show up?

        Got my safety prescriptions glasses from here, they helped me though the process even though they made no money due to the program I went through, and even did an extra fitting step in the end. Professional and helpful staff.

        Went to check out some glasses, was turned off by the staff.  No customer service skills at all.  Would not visit this store again.

      I am terribly sorry you had to wait for your exam, some patients tend to ask a lot of questions. We try to make everyone feel heard. The agreement states " Since our doctors reserve 30 minutes of their time for your appointment, there will be a $50.00 charge for all missed appointments without 24 hour prior notification." There is no charge for late show up. I hope you feel as though your exam was thorough.
