Argos Vision Center

I do not recommend Argos Vision. They did not use the insurance information I provided them; I called several times the billing center and cannot get the error fixed.

This place was Great the lady at the front desk was really sweet, my first appointment and she greeted me at the door, and she also came and gave me paperwork that I needed to fill out.

The doctor Elena and the receptionist were extremely rude to me. I will never go there again, neither will I ever recommend any one to that establishment. The doctor needs to be retrained on how address and treat potential clients.

I absolutely would NOT recommend this vision center. The customer service was horrible, and honestly, it's just not a nicely/professionally run vision center. They overcharged us based on our co-pays (we had to call our insurance and make a trip back there just to get a reimbursement), they didn't give us any sort of itemised receipt, and overall seemed very misinformed when it came to insurance coverage in general. Needless to say, we will be finding another vision center within our network next time we need to get an exam.
