I am giving 3 stars because my overall experience has not been horrible since I have been using them for the last 3 years and normally I only get online and pay my Mortgage. However, I did just switch my Insurance policy and I've been calling for weeks to make sure that it was received, then paid. It was an arduous process for what seemed like a pretty simple task. I am lucky I did not cancel my original policy before I got them to pay the new one because it took so long that the new policy expired.

Jill was absolutely fantastic to work with and is such a genuine person to talk to. Financing a new home can be a very frustrating experience, but at no point during the process did we ever feel like we were on our own. Jill worked non-stop to do what was best for us on our behalf and we couldn't be happier.
