We did our mortgage at Cornerstone. The agent Susan Hsu is very professional and responsive whenever you ask questions or seek for help. She is also very rigorous and high-efficient. We got our loan approved within four weeks with her help. We had a really nice experience working with her!

late on loan approval. Loan officer would not even let me speak, manager said there was nothing he can do and could care less..

My wife and I had just gone through a bad experience with another company, getting out just in time, so it's a pleasure to relate that we have settled a refinance with Cornerstone Mortgage Services in Gaithersburg. Rita Tu was in our corner from the beginning. Every detail was tended to and she was in constant touch with us. In all, we saved a lot of money in costs, and are now saving close to $500 a month on our rental house payment, so that we can breathe for the first time in 10 years.
