I love this place! I have been going since 2013 and they have become like family to me. They are welcoming, trustworthy, and I know more about my car and its required maintenance than I ever expected. I appreciate that they give specific details with videos and descriptions regarding items that need to be fixed or that soon need to be addressed. This allows me to make decisions accordingly. In addition, Mary is incredible! I am grateful for her emotional intelligence that shows up in her customer service and hospitality, and her deep knowledge and understanding of cars, which she shares in helping me to understand the hows and whys of my car maintenance when I bring it in. I highly recommend Winkler Automotive!

Mary, the customer service rep was rude and not helpful. I needed an oil filter and she kept pressing me several to buy an oil change which I didnt need. How do you not understand the word no when it comes to an oil change?
