She helped me feel empowered and went above and beyond to get all the information about properties I was interested in, even when they were off the beaten path. Additionally, she was fun to work with! I would absolutely recommend Erica to any other first time home buyers - and experienced buyers as well.

Purchasing a home can be a daunting, intimidating process. I was lucky to have benefited from Ericas wonderful guidance from the moment I first thought about buying and even beyond closing. She was able to add multiple pieces of value-added advice including many have you thought about and it might be a good idea if conversations that ultimately resulted in my seamless purchase of a home in a neighborhood I had sought out for quite some time.

Reposting this because my original review isnt showing up Erica was an indispensable companion to our home buying and selling journey. Her combination of humor, intellect, knowledge of the market + process, and unending patience with us made her a joy and relief to work with. What I most appreciated about her, however, was her ability to call us out on things we werent seeing ourselves. This ranged from switching lenders to pointing out that my husband didnt seem to like split levels as much as I do But you came here for results, yes? Well, we ended up beating out 8 other offers for the house we ended up buying (in our dream neighborhood!) for $110k under our top budget. And our townhouse was under contract for asking price in 48 hours (!!!), despite listing on the same weekend as an end unit on the exact same row. That end unit? Sat on the market for another week. Absolutely could not have done it without Erica!

I am not usually one to post reviews, but I would be remiss not to share my experience working with Erica. Working with a different realtor, I lost my dream house to a slightly higher bid. Shortly after, I fired my realtor and hired Erica. She was so patient with me as we looked at dozens of houses, none matching up to the house I had lost. Then the dream house I lost was posted for rent and Erica artfully contacted the owners and was able to negotiate a deal for me to buy the house from them, which was no easy feat. After navigating that rather challenging process, Erica then patiently guided me through the process of selling my house which was daunting. She gave me thoughtful and practical guidance. I knew I could trust her and that my best interest was her priority. She knocked it out of the park; I received multiple offers and sold my old house for well over asking price. I wouldn't be in my dream house without Erica. She is a true professional who has both heart and hustle. I can't say enough wonderful things about working with her.
