Yuna is a very nice and kind girl. She always answers my questions patiently and take care of my alarm system if it is working well and asked me if I need some help. the service is awsome.

Feimen's after-sales service is very good. If there is anything I don't understand, he will call me can teach me patiently on the phone! He is a very good sale.

They seem to be short staffed or the way that they handle issues dealing with customer technical issues is old fashioned. For example when you call Google for any of their products you might have a issue. the person you first in counter with on the phone has ALL the answers and can trouble shoot issues. With AWT Security they just write your name and number down and say someone will contact you in 24/48 hours. And in the meantime you house isnt as secure and who know what can happen in those hours you are waiting. My suggestion is if your going to have a receptionist thats fine but make sure she is trained to answer most is not all questions and can trouble shoot from her desk not just take a number down. Overall its a good system when its set up and running but technical support needs improvement.
