I have scheduled two appointments with this facility and each time they have wasted my time. DO NOT BOOK. If you wish to book an appointment be prepared to be bombarded with links and text messages asking you to register and check in, only to be told at your initial appointment that they received none of that information. If you think youll actually have screen time with a therapist who wants to help, youre in for a surprise! They have the option to call patients instead of video calls, but they choose to use a video call system they've admitted doesnt work. The receptionist is pleasant but not helpful. If youre looking for ways to ease your stress and anxieties .. Id suggest you look elsewhere. This facility is not equipped for telehealth calls.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I felt extremely rushed during my intake appointment, and the CRNP did not have any of my information. While I understand that the paperwork issue was not her fault, I am saddened by the way I was treated. I did not feel cared for, heard, or understood at all. In a vulnerable moment, I was laughed at while I was trying to explain a traumatic situation because I was apparently explaining it too slowly. I understand that she was not a therapist, but as a mental health professional, why not be sensitive enough to not laugh when your patient is at the point of tears? At the end of the appointment, she tried to give me some motivational words, yet it came off as dismissive of my feelings and experiences. Unfortunately, this practice did not fit for me, and I will be searching for another.
