Dr Useffi and the office has subpar service. As a current patient wasnt given any consideration to my situation and was prescribed what was available in supply chain rather than what was needed. When given ample proof of previous med list was shunned and made to feel powerless. Truly disappointed in our mental health system. She didnt even remember I helped her get home but she cant help me as a Dr get my correct med regimen. I feel sad But trapped no other offices can help so what do I do. Thats when they pick up .

I've read many negative reviews about this place and I advise you to take them with a grain of salt. I have worked with many different health care professionals in and out of the hospital for over 18 years as a patient. I've been diagnosed bipolar I with psychotic features which means I can be a real pill to everyone around me if I don't take the right pills. If you are in search of mental health care, you have issues too. Here's two secrets for finding good service- you get what you give, and the most important player on your health care team is you. These people are awful. My spouse has been trying to get a note to return to work and after the Dr agreed to write him we had to call the front staff the next day and that guy told us that they reserve the right to take up to two weeks to have any paperwork done. A thing that was never explained to us at all. Thanks to them we still have no note and had our FMLA claim denied. So if your looking for a mental health place that is going to make it so you can't afford to feed your family or pay your rent this is the place.

I give GreenRidge 5 stars because I feel my Therapist is awesome.But the back office is unorganized as F.I have not gotten a bill from them in like a year.I get a cll stating that I need to pay on my balance without providing a bill.I get a bill from Dentist, my PCP but these guys can't bill to save their lives.

Im currently stuck with this place due to my insurance. My experience has been horrible. Ive had several providers from GR, and they've all been bad. Runsewe was the worst.  Upon her asking if I have suicidal ideation, and me responding yes, occasionally, she shrugged and said "I'll put down passive death wish." Like, WHAT? So rude and unprofessional. She told me I "didn't seem suicidal" because I smiled at the beginning of the telehealth appt. Also, she told me to stop taking my other prescribed medications (prescribed by my GP) , and instead to double a dose of my Wellbutrin. I told her no, please do not increase that dose. She did it anyway, even after me explicitly saying no that was against the recommendation of my GP as I was trying a new med and was not supposed to mess with anything I was already taking. Thank god I checked the bottle when I picked it up. Currently need to get a long term prescription bc I'm going abroad, and the NP I'm seeing simply said he doesn't know how. I said, can you find out? He said no.
