Best customer service in both locations. You are dealing with a team that really understands and cares about doing their job right. Read more below. I am a long-time customer of Rockville Medical Supplies. I had the chance to visit this location due to an issue my mobility aid was having, and the awesome Aoman quickly fixed the issue with his expansive toolkit. Including making some minor adjustments to ensure future maintenance and upkeep. I love the splendid time and care he puts into helping others with medical supplies because he understands what the customers issue may be without having ever experienced it. And this ensures that he recommends the right product for the person so that they can feel confident with their choice and experience quality of life improvements with medical supplies. The above-mentioned ability in customer service is very rare and difficult to find in todays day and age because most people dont invest a lot of time in doing their job with care.
