        The worst customer service ever. Richard was super impatient. Okay I didnt have all of my item numbers together but we got through the order and I asked for a total and he said "I dont have time for that". You will have to call back Monday.

        I can not say enough good things about OSE!!! I placed an order with Richard at 3:00pm today and he was so polite, professional and courteous and he said they would ship it right out and I should have it tomorrow.:) He gave me a total before we hung up :) And I just love Jill and Leah, they are awesome and they sound so much alike, they’ve been there forever. Bruce in accounting is always so helpful! He is just so nice. Every Orthodontist should order from OSE! Can I give more then 5 stars!!!!!!! :)
