Save yourself a big headache and find another Dr. They could care a less about their patients. I had an appt at 3:00 pm today and was running late after sitting in traffic on the American Legion Bridge. At 3:10 I received a call from front desk person asking where I was? I told her I was parking the car. By the time I was taken off hold, I was standing in office. When I entered she said Michele Tweeny would not see me and had cancelled my appointment. When front desk person saw the look of disbelief on my face she said let me check again with Michele. 2 minutes later I was told I would not be seen and my appt was cancelled. I calmly opened the door and walked out.

I have been with Janssen family for many years, but I noticed the quality of service has dropped significantly in last 2 years, especially the people in front desk. Last year, they send wrong information to another doctor. Some times ago, they tried to save money by not sending receipts and other documents to patients so they asked us picked it up in the office so we have to spend time and drove there just picked up receipt. On 9/9, a lady's name Shay (?) called me for additional service saying I am qualifying for it. I did not do it because I know I am good. Instead, I asked her to send me billing statement so I can pay it. She said she is sending now, I did not receive her email for the statement. But I paid it and requested for a receipt. I got the receipt while I was on phone with her, but I still have not receive the billing statement. She said she ill send it to me after finishing my call. I believed her, but I never received it. 9/13, I called the office asking for a billing statement. A lady, Kreina {?) said I have zero balance now and nothing she can do for me. I told her on 9/9, I called and paid my bill and asked for a billing statement, but I never received it and this is reason IO called today and I only need billing statement for reimbursement. She repeatedly said she can't help me because I have paid. Finally she gave me the billing statement. I was very frustrated for her and the office. I asked her that I need to talk to Dr Janssen about it. She said he is not in the office today. I asked her to leave a note to Dr Janssen and asked him to call me back. I also said If I don't hear back from Dr Janssen after tomorros, I will call the office again. today is 9/22, 10 days has been past, Dr. Janssen did not call me. Very frustrated.
