I truly don't know where to begin in sharing my experience working with Mike Acker. As a 59-year old female (Army veteran) approaching retirement I was truly a nervous wreck before speaking with Mike. Upon hearing the sound of his voice, I knew that USAA had assigned me a well experienced and seasoned attorney. From that moment, my fears subsided and I started getting a good night's sleep. Mike carefully explained how my case would proceed and how he would be there every step of the way. True to his word, Mike Acker and his team were there!!! They routinely provided me with updates on status of my case (without inquiry). If I ever had a question, I could easily reach out to them and received an immediate response. Working with Mike was a blessing and I could not have asked/nor prayed for a better attorney. I am truly indebted and cannot thank Mike and his team enough for the amount of hard work and meticulous research that led to a successful conclusion. You can rest assured if I ever need an attorney my first and only phone call will be to the Acker Law Group and I highly advise others to do the same. THANKS MIKE!!!!

I'm late in posting this review, but even years later, I'm so thankful that Mike represented me. He was always professional and polite, and took the time to answer all of our many questions to clarify his role (including limitations), the case details, and next steps so we could plan accordingly. His staff was always professional and polite. I highly recommend him and he would definitely be my first call of I need an attorney in the future.

The Acker Law Group is a good place for legal services. Mr. Acker always kept me informed every step of the way. When I asked questions, he answered them immediately. I had the confident that the right lawyer was selected to handle my case. I would call upon him again if legal services are needed .
