Kay Jewelers

I was getting jewelry at kay's Lakeforest Mall with the coupons and specials at Christmas time. Withe the loss of the store, I migrated to the Clarksburg outlet store. The specials went smoothly, until I went from certified Diamond studs to 1 1/2 studs. I noticed one is duller than the other. It was pointed out to me a person was coming to the store from the Company and maybe make an exchange. I Also looked at aquamarine birthstone ring- which was white gold, I liked, but wouldn't arrive in time for birthday but was put on my charge without obligation. They took my old ring to fix (broken in band) to little avail, after sending off could not fix, after 2 weeks. Took it to another jeweler who fixed it in one day. I didn't receive a write up on clarity of the earrings- but they advised they were HI color and S1. Which I wrote on box. Other Jewellers claimed k and yellow color- even a a kay's employee. I had them appraised after trying to reach some one at main office. Forget that, the person who was in charge left and numbers don't work for kay. Kay's, jarad and Zales  are all under Signet franchise- up their prices and stock this year as of today is way down. Their customer service after 30+ emails is like a bot - basically 'pound sand' despite the cloudy  Diamond has a visible inclusion. I declined the new ring and fought Commenity bank on their fees. I did not authorize the charge, did not have the merchandise.
