        I had the absolute pleasure of joining Josh and Lisa for a Culture Tour at Capitol Benefits. Throughout the 90-minute tour, I was introduced to more than 50 turnkey tools and resources that leaders can implement for an improved employee experience. The fact that a busy CEO took time out of his day to lead this (free) session simply out of kindness and a passion for creating positive workplaces - just blew me away. Capitol Benefits is clearly a special place that walks the walk when it comes to valuing their employees, clients, and community. I would recommend Josh's Culture Tour to any manager or leader looking to enhance their culture through employee appreciation and engagement.
