Carlos came to my condo and as usual , he reassured me that issue with my AC/Heating unit can be resolved. He did a thorough examination of the unit and gave me a detailed explanation.

Updated from 2023. As this is an older home, an issue recently arose from shower installation from almost a quarter century ago. To minimize impact to existing tile, the repair required ordering of a part. The technician had arrived promptly for both his visits. Was most respectful of my home and myself. Knew how to approach my concern and handled it effectively and efficiently. He was pleasant, very skilled and professional and explained what was wrong and alternatives to correct. I would definitely have Jorge return to do more work as an old home develops new issues. Emailed on way with photo of technician. Arrived on time for appointment. Pleasant, professional technician. Listened to concerns. Efficiently and skillfully completed tasks. Was most respectful of my home. Clearly knew what was required and how to best complete the job while also meeting all county code requirements. Would definitely want to use for future needs.

Dennis let me know he was coming to fix the furnace, brought the parts, dealt with everything in a timely fashion and walked me through what he had done. Very easy......

Fantastic company. My elderly parents' heat went out during one of the coldest weeks. United Service Specialists fit them in their schedule and made sure my parents were taken care of. They are amazing and the employees worked so diligently to get it done quickly.
