I love this company, they were very attentive. When I called for assistance they came to see me immediately. The Director was hands-one helping me with my Grandfather. Communication is great too. Unfortunately my Grandfather is has left me. But I would refer this company if you need assistance because they are very knowledgeable and understanding.

I am most happy to write a review of Comfi-Kare and the special home service it provides for seniors. It all begins with the caring and well-trained leadership of its founder, Magna Johnston-Bucknor, a registered nurse and certified senior care advisor. Unfortunately, my husband contracted Covid and became very ill at the start of the new year, 2024. Though a vigorous senior who still worked part-time in his medical practice, he became increasingly lethargic and weaker each day, even as I tried to keep him well-hydrated and cared for at home. He coughed constantly, and the Paxlovid he took in no way reduced his symptoms. I realized I needed professional help when I, too, was diagnosed with Covid. That's when I finally called Comfi-Kare. Magna was so kind, and though she initially wanted to schedule her home assessment for the following day, she heard the fear and urgency in my voice and agreed to come that very day. To me, her decision was heroic, because that was a stormy, rainy, wind-swept day when Montgomery County programs were being canceled. With her experience, she recognized that my husband needed to be hospitalized. Magna kindly stayed with me while I made arrangements and called 911. Upon my request, she even graciously agreed to wait for the ambulance. It was indeed a comfort to have Magna with me as the EMT's prepared to take my husband to the hospital. Since I was still ill, myself, she followed up a day or two later with a visit to the hospital. I am most grateful for her amazing, competent, and reassuring assistance during this stressful time.

A year ago I received a referral to Comfi-Kare and couldnt have been happier. My 92 year old Father-in-Law needed 12 hour a day care at home. To stay home is a blessing. The caregivers changed based on our needs but each and everyone were kind, patient and caring. My father-in-law passed away this week and the owners and caregivers all came by to pay their respects to my Mother-in-Law. If you need home care dont hesitate to contact Comfi-Kare.
