By far the best Haircut Experience I had in a long time. Lien was nice, always smiling and laughing during the process. She does an outstanding job. I have to say that my Hairstylist for more than 3 years move to FL and Ive been checking places all around Mo Co, and I always check the vibe and Customer Service either calling or a quick visit to check how they do, I went to over 5 yesterday, most of them were empty(no customers) and the customer service was horrible, they show no desire to get a new customer. Lien at Sport was smiling from the beginning, she was with a customer when I arrived to the place, and greet me with a smile, then she told me that will be with me in a minute, she came and answer all the questions that I had and in less than 10 mins I was getting an amazing and relaxing Haircut. Everybody there seems very friendly and look like they love their job. This is the place for an Outstanding Customer Service and a professional and relaxing Haircut, the Head Massage with shampoo it is Out of this World. THANKS LIEN YOU ARE AMAZING!!

It was my first time at this sportsclips location. The tall Nigerian Lady who gave me haircut had an extremely bad attitude. I had given clear instruction haircut i wanted.She completely messed it up. I refused to get MVP,she forcibly tried to sell it to me. Effed up my beard even I did not ask her to touch my beard as i just needed the haircut. In the end she gave me the mirror to check back of the head myself. Will never go to this location again!

Had a problem at a previous appointment, they corrected the issue. The staff and management are kind and professional. I look forward to my next haircut here.
